
I so love going to the farmers' market ... so much produce to cook and so little time. In my overflowing basket this week: Fingerling Potatoes, All Blue Potatoes, Garlic, Royal Burgundy Beans, Habanero Peppers, Swiss Chard, and Cilantro. Not to mention the day before the market I stopped by a nearby farm stand for tomatoes. Needless to say, we'll be eating very well this week.
