From The Garden Plot: Plan B

The 4th installment of my column "From the Garden Plot" is up on Local In Season! There was a last minute change of plans and a minor failure, but mostly we're moving ahead full steam and things are looking good. Plus, it's just a few more weeks until my happy little pepper, tomato and tomatillo seedlings can go into the plot.

As for my competition: Jenna's garden is moving ahead too, with a little construction help from Mom. Watch this clip of Jenna tell her neighbor about what she planted.

I cannot help but smile at her interest and enthusiasm. I think this competition will really heat up once we can start harvesting all these fresh goodies. Stay tuned...
